OMGOMGOMGOMG!!!

Hey! Look at this!

So I sort of feel like an idiot for not realizing this initially, but for all intents and purposes I had artwork on display in Seattle last night! Above is a picture mys sister Sara took of one of my comics on a theater screen! Last night The Beta Society held Cute Night, a celebration of everything cute. I was unable to attend, however I’m told there was dressing up involved, performances, movie screenings and various cute things projected on the screen.
I had provided a picture for Sara to use in a video already & she came back & asked if I would provide some artwork and comics for use on Cute Night. I’m going to blame it on the fact that this all came to pass while I was recovering from having wisdom teeth out and then soon after a terrible cold, but the fact that my work was on display for people to see didn’t actually sink in until Sara sent me the above picture while I was at work last night! Obviously, I’m jazzed & the bit of feedback I’ve gotten through Sara has me grinning from ear to ear. It also couldn’t have come at a better time. I’ve been playing with ways to make posting to my site & maintaining it easier and getting prepped to start doing comics regularly again. I’m also looking to work on a larger project with some friends. More on that later, though.
All that said, this whole experience has put me in great spirits & I have to thank Sara & The Beta Society for that. I really hope we can do it again some time. ^_^
